  • All Horizon International Products are covered by Horizon International's Customer Product Refund Policy. If the Product is found defective.

  • The Product will be only accepted if damaged due to transportation. This Policy does not apply to Products that have been Intentionally Damaged or Mishandled.

  • You are entitled to Return it within 7 days from the Date of Delivery for a Full Refund

  • The Invoice for the Purchase should be available upon Return of the Products.

  • Products which are opened or used will not be covered under this policy.

  • The refund will be initiated from the day we receive back the product and does not pass the quality check process.
